The Traditional Service: Sundays, 8:45 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE SUMMER, WE HOLD ONE SERVICE AT 10 A.M. WE WILL GO BACK TO OUR REGULAR SCHEDULE OF 2 SERVICES BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 14, 2014.

On Sundays our 8:45 a.m. service is for those who are drawn into God’s saving story through traditional liturgy and organ-led Lutheran hymns.

Our Chancel Choir leads the hymn singing and inspires worshipers with such anthems as the "Hallelujah Chorus" from Handel’s Messiah, "Alleluia" by Randall Thompson, and the rousing "Old Time Religion Medley" arranged by Mark Hayes. Our newly renovated Reuters organ lifts the spirit with truly magnificent music.

Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m., so youngsters can participate in the . The service is approximately one hour long. A nursery staffed by Child Care Givers certified by the Morton Grove Fire Department is also available.
