Joe Schultz, Pastor
Pastor Joe Schultz comes to Edgebrook Lutheran from Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Naperville where he served as Pastor of Congregational Life. Pastor Joe, as he likes to be called, made a mid-life decision to become an ordained minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) after many years of working in the construction industry driving a concrete truck. In 2007 he received his Masters of Divinity degree from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Pastor Joe has been married for 39 years. He and his wife Tammy have two sons, Jason and Dan.

Christina Garrett Klein, Pastor
Pastor Christina Garrett Klein is a 2014 graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, and comes to Edgebrook from Faith Lutheran Church in Homewood, IL. After completing her degrees in biology and psychology at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, Pastor Christina served as a youth and Christian education director in Northern Illinois, and heard God’s call to seminary through the voices of her confirmation students. Her passions include children, youth, and family ministries, worship and music, and creating space for everyone to feel love and acceptance as children of God. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Keith, and her 13-month-old, Rachel.
Pat Godek, Office Manager
Pat Godek worked for 22 years in Corporate Finance before coming to Edgebrook Lutheran Church. She keeps the office and staff on schedule, greets callers and visitors as well as creating the weekly bulletins and "What's Up" monthly newsletter.
Pat lives in Edison Park with her husband, Paul and her dog, Charlie.
